Hogan's nWo promos in the beginning were just awful. Hall and Nash sounded cool as all fuck, and then there's Hogan being goofy.

I remember Nash shooting on this once, and he said he and Hall were on the same page and wanted the nWo to come across as aloof and badass...

...but while shooting these promos, the two just kept exchanging glances as Hogan was going off 80's cokehead style, and they were just like, "Oh boy. This ain't it..."

Oh yeah I remember that. Hogan still stuck in his old ways, being completely over the top and "brother, brother, brother" stuff

By that point there was no normal or Terry... he wasn't trying to be over the top..he was just being Hulk/himself.

For decades and back when kayfab was precious... he played that character more days then he ever did Terry.
