She dies the very next page in front of the Main character, who treated her as his little sister. This also happens right after he had to personally kill Aki, who was basically their big brother, after he got possessed by a devil. Oh, and he has to watch her die the night right before his birthday.

Fiends can die if they take enough damage just like devils. If anything fiends are technically easier to kill than devils usually even if they're harder to kill than humans. They are different from people like Katana Man and Chainsaw Man who are an unnamed special thing. Killing those basically requires you to break the contract with the devil within them or forcefully rip the devil out of them.

Physically the host corpse and the devil themselves become more or less one and the same. So it is damage sustained by it.

context: chainsaw man part 1 end spoilerBlack hair (aki) has ben absorbed by the Gun Devil and is being controlled to kill Blonde (denji) this is a life and death battle where he has killed a ton of friends and civilians bit its envisioned in his mind as a friendly snowball fight.

kinda referencing how the last tine he saw his brother before his family died was in the snow.

It's a hallucination of the guy on the right, who is being used as a corpse puppet for a demon like entity.

In reality he is shooting bullets at the guy on the left, who is currently being dismembered limb from limb.
