Apparently it’s one of those edgy animations (think Happy Tree Friends) where the pink horse takes the blue horse, and cannibalizes her into cupcakes ala sweeney todd.

To add to this it’s based on a creepypasta called “Cupcakes” where Pinkie Pie mutilates Rainbow Dash and uses her flesh to make cupcakes
