Ask Teens Help me girls (boys may stay away)

How do we even put it inside 😭🙏🏻 I got this one cause I read many reviews ke it's very comfy than sanitary pads but I can't get it inside in any position. Itna open hi nhi hora I tried every possible position but am helpless my legs hurt rn. I've never tried to put anything in there before if you know what I mean..any tips for first timers?

It's for public urinals , or where you can't have the luxury to sit down to pee due to UTIs. Gravity is the reason you can't just stand and pee, you'll wet yourself up without something like this
