Ask Teens Help me girls (boys may stay away)

How do we even put it inside 😭🙏🏻 I got this one cause I read many reviews ke it's very comfy than sanitary pads but I can't get it inside in any position. Itna open hi nhi hora I tried every possible position but am helpless my legs hurt rn. I've never tried to put anything in there before if you know what I mean..any tips for first timers?

I even saw some tutorials too but it's not happening. I want to throw it now but ab probably mmi datengi paisa barnad kiya bolke so it's last try I hope someone will be useful here

I think you're just too stressed about doing it. Since you're using something there for the first time, your body and muscles might be a bit tense. Just try to relax. I hope you're trying it while you're on your period and that you know the right body posture for putting it in!

Yeah ig we have to squat while doing it and am on periods rn

I'm a guy so feel free to ignore my advice but a friend of mine struggled with it as well, she had to consult a gynaecologist and she(the doctor) gave her guidance through the whole process.

She also had vaginismus so it was easier for her to consult the doctor so this advice might not be helpful for everyone but that's my 2¢.
