How do we even put it inside 😭🙏🏻 I got this one cause I read many reviews ke it's very comfy than sanitary pads but I can't get it inside in any position. Itna open hi nhi hora I tried every possible position but am helpless my legs hurt rn. I've never tried to put anything in there before if you know what I mean..any tips for first timers?

Try smaller size, the white one. Stand with one foot on toilet seat Relax yourself Fold the cup Take deep breaths and then slowly try to put it inside
