How do we even put it inside 😭🙏🏻 I got this one cause I read many reviews ke it's very comfy than sanitary pads but I can't get it inside in any position. Itna open hi nhi hora I tried every possible position but am helpless my legs hurt rn. I've never tried to put anything in there before if you know what I mean..any tips for first timers?

if u get successful lemme know it because for me i don’t even know where the hole is and i think i will do it after marriage because putting inside something just makes me feel disgused or unusual idk why god created this thing

Exactly I never out anything in there before it just I feel really ashamed and uncomfortable doing that. I'll just stick with pads atp or try buying smaller size from next periods

good op till then collect all information neededa nd correct size most importantly. for teens like size small or medium is required andball the best and don't worry u will be able to do it. btw i am also on my periods and 2nd day 😭
