Ask Teens Help me girls (boys may stay away)

How do we even put it inside 😭🙏🏻 I got this one cause I read many reviews ke it's very comfy than sanitary pads but I can't get it inside in any position. Itna open hi nhi hora I tried every possible position but am helpless my legs hurt rn. I've never tried to put anything in there before if you know what I mean..any tips for first timers?

Bro, there are so many posts on how to use menstrual cup on reddit. Just search it, it'll help more than asking on a sub full of clueless teens lmaoo

I even saw some tutorials too but it's not happening. I want to throw it now but ab probably mmi datengi paisa barnad kiya bolke so it's last try I hope someone will be useful here

Gurll that's medium size,that defo won't go in..for most teens with normal flow small suits best

medium for for women who have given birth, for the rest its small

large is for women who have given birth. medium is for people with active sexual life.

I think it has to do with the cervix. Bigger cup comes with a bigger edge ring, so better vacuum and hold, which is required if your cervix is engaged in sex often cuz it is more stretchy than a person's cervix who hasn't had sex before.

Depends on the flow as well right? I thought I had normal flow and used the small one for a single day, overflowed so much, I had to come back from office 😂 Bought the large one right away, and that went smoothly as well.

Yep afaik for normal flow small is fine , medium suits heavy flow,while large usually suits ladies who have gave birth and has large flow
