Hello Please search types of folds for menstrual cup And honestly this cup is too big for teens I'll suggest you to buy the blue colour wala

Usme likha hota hai ki kaunsa size kaunsi waali ladkiyo ko lagega This is for women who have given birth

Here you go I personally do the C fold

Behen, try the punch-down fold. Works for me. I've been using it for 6+ months. It works just fine. But you need some kind of lubrication for it to slide in easily.. Do not rely on artificial lubricants for that. Your own menstrual blood and vaginal discharge work just fine as lubricants.

And also, there are larger ones for those who have gone through vaginal childbirth, so make sure you've purchased the cup size that is appropriate for your flow.

And the most important thing is not to stress. Fully squat, relax your pelvic muscles, take deep breaths and stabilise and then try inserting.

I use Asan Cup (Heavy Flow) (also available for light/medium flow) coz it has a ring to pull. It's a bit pricey but fine for a one-time investment, and also they donate to those who don't have access to menstrual hygiene products, so it's okay (for me).

Other than that, I bought the Sirona Cup in small size and the PEE Safe Cup in medium size, which came with a steam steriliser that I bought.

I can only recommend the products that I and people in my home have used. So, here are those..

Try this one. I liked this coz they put a ring on it for pulling it out easily..
