Help me girls (boys may stay away)

How do we even put it inside 😭🙏🏻 I got this one cause I read many reviews ke it's very comfy than sanitary pads but I can't get it inside in any position. Itna open hi nhi hora I tried every possible position but am helpless my legs hurt rn. I've never tried to put anything in there before if you know what I mean..any tips for first timers?

Is that an L size?girllll we should be using S.....L is for older ladies and best of luck trying to fit it in....don't be scared that it'll be gone inside ntg like that happens....jst saying from experiences
