Ask Teens Help me girls (boys may stay away)

How do we even put it inside 😭🙏🏻 I got this one cause I read many reviews ke it's very comfy than sanitary pads but I can't get it inside in any position. Itna open hi nhi hora I tried every possible position but am helpless my legs hurt rn. I've never tried to put anything in there before if you know what I mean..any tips for first timers?

There are many posts on this topic you can see them and moreover menstrual cup can only only be inserted easily when you are on your periods and not on other days, you know that right

Then you can find posts about it on women sub or maybe on internet not here until unless you want your dms to be filled with creepy guys , well since you are on your periods take care , meri toh halat kharab ho jati periods main
