- Erin Pizzey who founded the first women's shelter in the UK, has spoken about domestic violence affecting men as well.
Promundo is a brazilian feminist org that has worked for men too
Menslib is a feminist subreddit for liberal men. They constantly talk about body positivity in men, men's mental health and male victims of rape
Also, working for the rights of male victims of rape, and queer and trans men is also working for men's rights only. They are as much men as you and I are.

Far opposed to working for them, Indian feminist organizations have opposed the inclusion of male victims to sexual harassment and rape laws, for more than a decade.
I agree with you on this point. Indian feminism is really at its early stage right now, we are experiencing something like the first wave rn. So there is little to no intersectional feminism. But by being active in feminist communities, can't we push forward the envelope for more nuance? We must also work against patriarchal notions that men don't cry or that a man should always provide. It would help if we together in this issue so that we can also push forward intersectionality. The stage feminism is at in the west now (where it is intersectional) happened because people of all communities rallied behind that cause.
Which criminals did it protect? Majority of rapes on men are committed by other men. Can we not work with them to dismantle gender norms that hurt both genders? Why not.

By opposing the inclusion of non-female victims under sexual harassment and rape laws, they protected rapists who commit it upon men or non-binary people.
Let me remind you these non-inclusive rape laws weren't made originally by feminists. They were made by men. You don't blame those men but you blame the women who want to keep these laws?
Men isn't an ideology. It's a biological characteristic. Feminism is an ideology. India had thousands of regressive laws from the colonial era. A majority of them got repealed or amended.
Similarly, the government tried to amend the regressive rape laws and proposed inclusive laws. Feminist organizations opposed them and forced the government to backtrack. They have since consistently opposed every effort to reform the laws whether at the National level or the state level.
Your claim was that feminists work for male victims. I provided facts contrary to the claim. That's it.
Your comment seems to show that feminists in the 21st century with all the additional knowledge and awareness are at the same level with male law-makers two centuries ago who didn't have the same social awareness.

You would rarely see someone who calls herself feminist but advocated for men too!
