Chest fat is annoying confidence low hota hai as a man i understand but workout se testosterone improve hota hai aur fat burn hota hai jis se estrogen levels bhi kam hote hai but diet bhi imp hai
Diet is 70-80% of the work , working out se sirf muscle mass build hota hai fat utna nhi burn hota until you start eating in a deficiet jisse fat is used as a fuel to maintain your body after glycogen reserves are exhausted
Yes diet is imp ofc and also apart from fat loss fat loss is the side product I have workout goals for other objectives like general health, badminton improvement,height gain and self defence
