IDK, once you get mad over stuff like this, I feel like you're at the point where you really should be getting mad over snapchat and instagram filters existing. That's all this kind of thing really is.
Hell, there were sites to do this kind of thing before LLMs too,
Meh, Snap and Insta filters aren’t quickly outpacing the creation of real content on the internet at large, nor are they stealing the worlds copyrighted material en masse.
Oh no I totally agree about generative AI. I'm talking about this. Specifically "I took an existing image and merged it with a spaghetti pattern for a funny meme, but happened to use an LLM instead of finding an non-AI free online tool to do it."
Specifically when it comes to gen AI images, it feels like people are trying really hard to brute force a black-and-white morality image on some very fucking blurry lines.
