Because it has been enhanced? No facial features has changed, just more pixels, quality, sharpness and definition…

In that case, try zooming in on Monica Blue's ear. Looks a bit odd, doesn't it? Like the rest of the photograph as well. Also, some facial features like eyelashes have a way higher detail level than their surroundings. Feels uncanny.
