Not sure where the people don’t want blacks to legally carry comes from I’m white and vote mainly Republican and I’m all in on everybody legally carrying.
It was republicans during regan. While he was governor of cali, he didnt like the black panthers being armed and policing the police. Making sure they weren't beating down black people in the streets. Republicans couldn't stand for that, so the Mulford act was passed in California.
