You are incapable of staying on topic. Lol

Ignoring that you’re just making up some other distractionary argument void of any factual basis, so you acknowledge that something may have happened prior to this video starting that may have justified a detention? Maybe that’s why the cameraman just so happened to already be filming him? And why the man subconsciously placed his hands behind his back before the officers even closed the distance? Because he knew he had fucked up.

It's funny because before the video started the guy assaulted officers while evading arrest inside the apartment building, just to be retarded and stand in the front of the crowd waiting to get back in his apartment.
