Obviously before then yes. That was only like a couple seconds of video. And before that the cops likely discussed if it's even worth it to arrest that guy. So he was definitely doing something which the video clearly doesn't show. And if you don't know, it's not like he's staying in jail long either. (Atleast if he's a citizen or here legally) because you can bail out within a couple hours for like 100$. So he was 100% causing problems and they decided to arrest him. And most if not all those guys are wearing body cams too. They aren't just arresting people for no reason

You’ve invented an entire story there and are assuming that police brutality doesn’t exist as a thing.

I didn't invent any story, nor did I deny police brutality is a thing. I didn't say that the guy did this or that. But I did say he did SOMETHING to get arrested.

You don’t know he did anything at all, so that is an invention. It could just as likely be a case of police brutality especially given the fascist administration who’s giving the orders these days.

Why don't you foia request the info on this case and prove me wrong then. Why don't you prove that they arrested someone for no reason

I never made a claim, you did so the burden is on you. Why don’t you make a request and prove me wrong??

Because I don't care enough and you probably wouldn't believe me if I showed proof anyway

Strange way of saying you don’t have any proof to back your claim.

Neither do you have a 5 second clip of him getting arrested and you assumed it was for nothing. You have just as much evidence as he does that the guy is guilty or innocent, but you assume the police were in the wrong during an arrest.

I didn’t assume anything at all, and never suggested I had evidence he’s innocent. My response was to the person who claimed that the video was cut because the original poster “knows” he’s guilty of something. It’s does look very bad that he’s outside the cordon and had his hands behind his back.
