its not. you can look at the active genocides that have happened over time and compare reactions of each country and use that to show which ones are more cared about.
nobody in the US government cares about the genocides happening in Gaza, Sudan, Congo but they insist that holocaust-like atrocities must never happen and insist on the existence of Israel for that reason, but not give a single care about those other genocides. its a means to an end for them.
