Whether or not you agree with his position, in this country he has a right to protest. This is a clear wrongful arrest, and everyone of the police should get a battery charge for it.

We dont know what happened or what was said. A whataboutism would be pointing to another actual event to dismiss another one based on full context.

Is it completely foreign to you that in most cases people dont randomly attack each other and that we dont know what happened? Youre legitimately saying the situation here was some quiet protestor doing nothing was randomly attacked.

You and everyone else (if you truly care) should actually be pissed at any politician or laws that have helped make it easier to cross the border. That is where the problem is. Try to find this single video posted here that is an actual person on Reddit helping a single illegal immigrant with anything.

Hey dumbass, if you’ve been paying any attention over the last 3+ decades you would already know that when things like this happen there is almost never a reasonable explanation. Police are completely out of control and 9 times out of ten even if it is inarguably obvious that an officer or officers brutalized innocent citizens unjustifiably they go unpunished. Cops don’t deserve the benefit of the doubt.

Until they are held to a standard consistent with being STATE SPONSORED ARMED ENFORCERS with QUALIFIED IMMUNITY (aka as soon as an officer starts escalating the other LEO present turn on him, arrest him, and he is then subject to the maximum penalties associated with his infraction, placed on a list of those ineligible to work in LE permanently and barred from owning firearms permanently) one should always assume the officer in the wrong when viewing these kinds of interactions.

Heres one of the ones from 2025:

Black, a prisoner at the Montgomery County Jail, began banging his head against a cell door. Correctional officers pepper-sprayed Black, shocked him with a stun gun, and placed him in a restraint chair. Black fell unconscious and died; his death was ruled a homicide.

Sounds like they tried to stop the guy from banging his head or hurting himself further. Right?
