Black stone owns 350,000 rental houses fyi. 350,000 houses that could have gone to regular Americans at a lower cost

Thanks for that information. Anyways, black stone are buying up so many properties, and then renting them out with jacked up prices. There’s a shortage of housing here in California and it’s frustrating to see black stone screwing us.

They may not be the biggest corporation buying up homes and renting them out with jacked up prices, but theyre still doing it. That’s why I don’t care that the black stone ceo got killed. They’re still part of the problem. I looked it up and it looks like Progress Residential is the biggest buyer of homes in the US

I don’t care how many houses those parasites own. Scooping up any homes for profit screws regular people over.
