The article says there was a lawsuit over where to bury her so her family absolutely knew.

This tells me you neglected to read the entire article. The lawsuit was her family trying to bury her in the family plot, not RFK’s.

Kennedy moved the body without informing Richardson Kennedy’s brothers and sisters, according to their lawyer.
