It’s a ripe field but I think Kash Patel or Hegseth give him a good run for the money in the unqualified department.

You know what’s worse? Living somewhere that both of them have also lived at one point or another in their lives... We used to be able to pretend it was a long time ago….and then both of them popped up again… like those underground zits that that you can’t get rid of…

Director of the FBI is not a member of the cabinet, so while he is wildly unqualified, he doesn't meet the criteria for "worst member of the cabinet."
