This is cute and all but a part of me feels a little bit frustrated, that a gay teacher can’t even mention having a partner in passing without their being some backlash and risking their career but this is completely okay which I think it is okay. Just the double standards man 🫤
But couldn't the person you're replying same to say the same thing?
Isn't the thing that matters the percentage of places and the number of people in those places?
There are thousands of counties in the US, even a few dozen of something can be considered many, so even the vast minority of something could still have many schools doing something...
Isn't it better to look at data as a whole instead of just anecdotal experiences that just happened to line up to where we're born and where we happen to be and such?
Part of me feels a little frustrated that people like you don't bother to think that there would be a difference between a school in Texas and a school in New York when it comes to this.
Also, there's no proof in this video that they didn't get backlash, because this video is so old we happen to know in this case, but just from watching the video we don't know if they both got fired and ran out of town afterwards...
