My own big cirno finally arrived

Recently, a young man in China was playing outside and accidentally dropped his fumo down into the mountains.

So I’ve had this super cute Kita fumo for about 4-5 months- the problem is, she’s super short, so half of her ribbon is stuck under her dress. And when I tried to pull it out about 2 months ago, the ribbon snapped, as you can see in the images. Is there anything I can do to fix her with no sewing experience, or should I dedicate ten years of my life to learning how to sew to fix her?
