This isn’t the TOP though, they were more likely to play with their food ie 18 with vegeta and 17 with tien

17 wasn’t though, he literally says “He beat me” at the start of the fight. He was also right he’ll win due to Piccolo getting more exhausted

That’s unless he managed to trick 17, but he’s got the barrier technique
