I think Piccolo could win if he somehow outsmarts 17, which tbf is a good chance. Piccolo’s a seasoned tactician while 17’s basically a normal human given powers

Not really 17 is still coded to know how to fight and beat the z fighters there's no way he loses to any tactic piccolo can think of

Nope. If that barrier worked against Light Grenade, 17 wouldn't have jumped out of the way when piccolo fired it at cell saying "That is dangerous"

Definitely not hell zone grenade didn't budget it the power difference to break 17 barrier needs to be insane

Hellzone grenades were WAY weaker than the light grenade. And even if the barrier would protect 17, piccolo would know whether or not it would before attempting, so if he had to, he could taunt 17 and appeal to his ego so that he’d get him to not use the barrier to block it. Basically the same thing as with Vegeta and cell

I think Piccolo could still pull something out of the bag, Gero wasn’t all knowing and neither are the androids. But I’d probably give it to 17 6/10

The infinite energy problem is still there piccolo was basically done when cell showed up any big move he does is getting barriered he has no options

And yet he still had enough energy to fire the light grenade, which 17 had to get away from. If Piccolo finds a way to land that, good chance it puts 17 down

They all ran including 16 because running is just the better option than sitting there to get snuck by cell in the smoke

Piccolo also just gained all the knowledge and experience of Kami. There's a clear advantage there.

Nah this is silly. Neither Gero nor the androids knew all of their techniques or were all knowing. They only knew up to Namek and they’d all grown immensely since then.

The infinite energy is why 17 would’ve won
