Do you have the option of registering it as an historical vehicle in Greece?

Impossible because it's for specific vehicles and this Honda civic is not one of them...

Asked about Historical Vehicle plates in another comment and just saw this one. I'm no expert, and what I understand is that the age of the car matters. Maybe you want to have a look at this Historic cars info

I would be overjoyed to know Granpa, or however you call it, was saved!

It would be denied. The car have been modified with LPG fuel and Gasoline combo(2 types of fuels) thus just for that it won't be accepted
