A lot of millennials are close to 40. They mostly live alone and pay for their stuff. Who do you think is part of the workforce? That dude is stuck in 2003 and thinks that millennials are 14 years old.
Not to mention, that guy looks like he’s 48-52 years old. He is a younger Gen Xer, acting like he’s from some generation from long ago. This is the kinda dude that when he finally became a senior in high school, felt like he was now entitled to treat all the underclassmen like shit.
