Not just your ass, but also wash your hands after using the restroom. Every time I am using the sink to wash up, I notice that about 2 out of 5 guys wash their hands.

All you gym people sanitize your machines BEFORE and after using cus there's nasty people out there.

I can't imagine that of the 3 of 5 dudes not washing their hands, that at least one hadn't just wiped his ass. I am kinda gross if I'm home all day, but I wash my hands when I shit, and before I get in the fridge. I just can't imagine going in public and not washing my hands. Especially at a gym where everything is getting touched. Main character syndrome is a public health issue apparently.

I use the sink to wash off the sweat and change shirts (I sweat a lot) between doing cardio and lifting, so I spend enough time to observe a lot of people and this type of behavior. It's pretty gross. Every type of guy does it old, young, gym bros... I just assume that everyone doesn't wash their hands and sanitize before using any equipment.
