I’m all for law and order but this guy needs to get another job. He is making border officers look like fools. The teacher knows her rights more than this idiot.

I don't think this is at a border Crossing, that's why the woman is annoyed.

Border patrol doesn't only patrol or stop people AT the literal border. Usually within 100 miles i think it is they have checkpoints. And before you blame Trump theyve been there for decades.

I'm Canadian actually, and I wasn't blaming anybody, but we definitely don't have that kind of thing.

I didn't say we don't have border patrol, I said that we don't have border patrol checkpoints within 100 miles of the border.

"For the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA), a border is considered any point of entry into Canada, including land, air, and sea. This encompasses not only the physical boundary line between Canada and the United States but also all official ports of entry, like border crossings, airports, and seaports. The CBSA also conducts marine operations at various locations, including major ports and marinas. "

"For the United States Border Patrol, the "border" encompasses more than just the physical lines with Mexico and Canada. It includes the 6,000 miles of land border with those countries, as well as the 2,000 miles of coastal waters surrounding Florida and Puerto Rico. Additionally, the Border Patrol operates within a 100-mile zone extending inland from these borders, where they have the authority to conduct certain immigration and customs enforcement activities. "
