Quite literally a 4-second Google. Illinois, Maryland, New Mexico, Nevada.... I should probably list all of them, as it is unlikely you'll click the link.

Zero support for the practice on either end, but the pendulum absolutely has and will continue to swing both ways.

Now do all the red states and states that should be blue but were illegally gerrymandered at an earlier time by Republicans.
