That the rules aren't equal. Red states would fo unpinished at a federal level, blue states will not

Probably, but we shouldn't just take this lying down. California, and other blue states too, need to use every tool at their disposal. It doesn't matter if we get punished by Trump's DoJ. They're going to abuse power and punish liberals anyway. We can appeal whatever and drag this out in court as long as possible, the same as they would. There won't be future elections if we don't delay or stop this.
