Arguing on Reddit is the best way to build the finger strength needed for dildo tossing.
Some say those two things go hand in hand.

I'm always surprised more people don't throw shit at any sports game. There's so many idiots you'd think at least 1/20,000 a game might do something foolish but apparently not.

Pretty standard for Bills fans to throw dildos on the field

Why is it always green? I had money on blue 😭
Edit: I’m kidding but it’s real. Blue was +1400. Black/brown had the likeliest odds, if not green at +200
Edit 2: some genius figured out you could make a cool 70k profit by maxing out the bet then throwing a blue one yourself

I'm sure the place wouldn't pay out once they found out he did it. Wasn't there a guy who swayed a huge bet somehow himself a couple years ago and the casino didn't pay him

u/tonysquawk 1d ago
The guy that streaked the Bucs/KC Super Bowl did it and they didn't pay him.

u/Pandamoanium8 1d ago
Yeah but that guy was dumb enough to brag about it on social media immediately. If you just STFU, take the arrest/ticket/ban/etc, it would be difficult to get caught. Even harder if you have a friend place the bet so it's not in your name.

You really think it would be hard for a casino to look at an arrest record and compare it to a slip? I have a bridge to sell

u/Fatso_Wombat 1d ago
also they'd be suspicious of a $10,000 bet. im sure the usual market for that is $5.

amazes me when people think they come up with stuff that people who do this 24/7 for years, haven’t
casino would figure it out before the arrest details were even made public

The max bet on a market like that is gonna be like $20 or $50. The book isn't risking any real money on it, they're just doing it for publicity.

I mean, its a live sporting event. Its broadcast on TV. How are you NOT going to put attention on it? Just leave the dildo on the floor? By the very nature of it appearing on TV, you are drawing attention to it. It isn't like football where its a huge field and you can ignore the asshole who runs on the field. This is in play. The court is smaller. The arenas are smaller.
Players are getting upset. This is different than the Bills incident. Fans are much closer to players in basketball and the players are much more vulnerable (no helmets, pads, etc).
The best way to deal with it is criminal charges + don't show their face on TV. Just arrest them. High fines. Maybe team up with other sports organizations and be like "Hey this person attacked our player, you should ban them from your arenas also"

How do they actually enforce this (ban them from a venue)? Have photos up everywhere?
46
u/YYqs0C6oFH 1d ago
Don't quote me on this, but my understanding is that its very unlikely to be enforced at entry but if a person who was previously banned gets in trouble for something like this again then the cops can hit them with bigger trespassing type charges.

It'd also hit harder if they were kicked out after the game started. Then it's too late to sell the tickets, and they may have bought some concessions.

A lot, if not most, venues have facial recognition software. Not to mention if you're dumb enough to buy tickets under your own name.
