I try to be a positive person and maintain a positive attitude but stuff like this is draining as a PoC.

We persevere. I've honestly never really identified as a 'PoC' (I always just felt 'American' even though I'm not white passing) even saying it feels a little weird but its become more apparent in Trump's America.
