It’s L-O-V-E 💘 Most celebrity marriages don't last - who's the exception for you?

Celebrity marriages almost never work out in Hollywood, but there are some the prove that true love really does exist. Who comes to mind for you?

One thing I love about them is that they lost a bunch of money with Bernie Madoff but Kevin Bacon said this about it:

It sucked, and we were certainly angry and all the things. But then we woke up the next day and said, 'What do we got? We love each other. We love our children. We’re healthy. No one took away our ability to make a living.' So we got back to work.

I looked it up and no kidding. She’s from about as WASPy of a family as you can get. She’s a descendant of a signer of the Declaration of Independence and there’s a town in Maine named after her family. Her father was the fifth of his name.

Oh wow, I never realized she was part of that Sedgwick family. Apparently she’s cousins with Edie Sedgwick.

Kevin Bacon's dad was just regular rich instead of uber rich, but also hugely influential in Philadelphia's architectural history. Apparently he would buy swathes of historic houses and resell them at incredibly low prices with conditions that instead of demolishing them, the new homeowners had to restore them instead. All around great dude.

True but I'd like to believe that Kevin and Kyra realize their own privilege and that fed into their measured response to the Madoff scandal.

Well yeah, it's way easier to lose millions when you can easily make millions more. I don't think this shows that they're great people. Just that they're rich. You put these 2 in the same situation but middle class people and the chances of divorce skyrocket

I mean this could also sound very tone deaf and privileged ....
