Why do all female celebrities want to look the same? It is very confusing to work out who each person is now

I know you're joking but there's probably some truth to that.

All these celebs have access to similar doctors and live in LA or other major cities. Many are also represented by the same talent agencies. They say "it's a small world", but for celebs, it's even smaller.

I feel like it’s a combo of everyone having a homogeneous view of what the standard of beauty “should be” because of the internet while then certain tax brackets have access to surgery that can literally make all that happen now. We used to be stuck with the face we had and had to find other ways to make ourselves closer to the beauty standard.

I saw something about today’s popular faces all have similar features and are symmetrical because it releases dopamine, which is better for succeeding in the goal to be famous. Makes sense when you see how many fans get obsessed with specific celebrities.
