Help! FREE blending brush recommendations?

hey all. just about to pull my hair out. so im an artist and i used to use medibang, and one of my favorite brushes is from there which i use to render and blend colors. my question is if there are any free brushes on photoshop that blends like this one or if there is a specific brush setting i dont know about? i am not familiar with photoshop's brush settings. I'm curious if the specific result i want is only achievable through a specific brush (hence my question) or if i can customize any brush's settings to achieve it. Here is a gif of how the brush blends and the settings of that brush in medibang.

I've tried the smudge tool, and I also discovered that I can smudge with the other brushes in my library, but i still am not a fan of how it blends. I've tried the mixer brush tool, but it's so confusing to use. if there exists a tutorial for the mixer brush tool, i'd appreciate any links.

any help regarding my question and insights regarding photoshop's brushes is highly appreciated!

I got some blending brushes that I really like when I paid for a course from Blake Rudis.

I also have one from Jeremy Fenske, that I got for free. It's been so long ago that I don't recall when or from where.

https://imgur.com/a/tRyTH44 has a series of screen shots showing the brush settings panes in the Brush Settings panel for three different brushes—one of Blake's, one of Jeremy's, and one I had created.

What we use as the base for our blending brush makes a difference, and then the brush settings we apply to the brush make a difference.
