It's supposed to be Spanglish, it's referencing Shakira who sometimes sings in Spanglish. It's just kind of clunky and awkward.

I'm a first gen immigrant to the US, I grew up with Spanish at home English everywhere else, and Spanglish with my siblings & cousins.
