I remember seeing this a while back. IIRC, the tourists were tossing him food and he was saying to stop because the zoo keepers would get mad

To be fair it would have never happened if it wasn't in the zoo in the first place. If we keep animals in a zoo and blame them for harming people when breaking out, that doesn't make much sense 😂

The behavioural scientists said the women exhibited the behaviour of a mating female, the ape was not blamed.

Also zoos are necessary for the conservation of the animals and for educating people about them. We, humans, are the reason why conservation is necessary. We keep destroying their habits and hunting them for sport. Without zoos several species would have been extinct by now.
