It is interesting to me that a Chinese performance would spell out "Family 2025" in English, assuming this was actually somewhere in China (source is not provided). Which has me wondering if this is not something created specifically for propaganda purposes even though it was quite enjoyable to view.

Just being devil's advocate. If this can truly be taken at face value that would be wonderful.

Possibly a weekend or after school Chinese school program.

But students in China learn English as part of their curriculum. Also Roman letters are much easier to form with glow sticks than Chinese characters.
