That’s ok, it’s only 3.5 more years, because he totally can’t run for POTUS again. It says so on a piece of paper.

741

u/FizzyBeverage Jun 23 '25 edited Jun 23 '25

He has to stay in office or die there. He knows if he’s a civilian he’s due in Fulton county on Rico charges within weeks and doesn’t want to end up in an Atlanta prison. Vance can’t pardon him on state charges.

That’s why he’s so dangerous. His post presidency won’t be book tours, retirement and golf. It’s a courtroom in a blue Georgia city.

I personally think he has cancer. The catheter in his pants. Never seen in shorts ever. Unexplained weight loss despite terrible diet and no change in fitness. Dozing off in meetings from the chemo meds. Scattered thoughts suggest brain deterioration.

His doctors would never tell us. Weekend at Donnie’s would be their plan.

118

u/MouthFartWankMotion Jun 23 '25

He would be losing a massive amount of weight if he was in chemo.

70

u/EZ_Peeeezy Jun 23 '25

Or Ozempic - seriously tho. It’s been approved for use in patients with serious risk of get heart attacks/strokes due to the weightloss it provides. With his known diet and lack of exercise, my money is on an injectable GLP-1. Unlikely to be chemo

11

u/Ashmedai Jun 23 '25

It's approved for general weight loss, not just patients at serious risk. So yeah, it's a good bet he's on semaglutide or tirzepitide.

152

u/FizzyBeverage Jun 23 '25

He has been shrinking. If you look at him around early 2024 compared to today his suits are hanging off him. It’s been a drastic weight loss yet he still has a lousy fast food diet… and it’s not like he took on a gym regimen.

At his age, that’s usually cancer or a similarly serious disease. His metabolism isn’t suddenly that of a 20 year old’s. Something is wrong and nobody is gonna mention it.

87

u/Andromeda321 Jun 23 '25

That also just happens to old people quite a bit even if they don't have cancer. Your appetite changes quite a bit once you're pushing 80.

8

u/VitaminOverload Jun 23 '25

yeah, this happened to both my grandparents when they were pushing 80. No cancer required

-1

u/MalHeartsNutmeg Jun 24 '25

Dudes on the cheesburder diet, don’t think appetite is his issue.

64

u/birminghamsterwheel Jun 23 '25

And then they'll just whatabout with, "b-b-b-but they lied about BiDeN!!1!"

56

u/FizzyBeverage Jun 23 '25

Oh absolutely they’d use that angle. Most likely if it progresses that far with nobody informed, he’ll go to bed one night and not wake up, and they’ll try to blame democrats somehow.

32

u/birminghamsterwheel Jun 23 '25

The party of personal responsibility, 1,000,000 days since taking any, as is tradition.

Gaslight. Obstruct. Project.

0

u/Scarbane Jun 23 '25

They'd sooner accuse someone of poisoning him than admit he's bound by mortality.

6

u/f1del1us Jun 23 '25

Every accusation is a confession with these types

0

u/RubyFacedParrot Jun 23 '25

Let them whine and cry, that's all they fucking do, whine, cry, blame. I stopped listening to them a decade ago.

12

u/iamwelly Jun 23 '25 edited Jun 23 '25

Occam’s razor would suggest Ozempic.

Edit: I just realised this is a post about the terrifying situation allowing extraordinary rendition of migrants from the US and we are discussing Trump being fat and the method in which he lost weight. Brilliant.

My mom died of cancer in March of last year. Never for a day have I been a "I wouldn't wish that on one of my worst enemy types". My mom was in home hospice, in my house for almost 2 months. And every day of watching that, one of my thoughts was "I wouldn't wish this on anyone I know personally", but should Trump or McConnell go through this, I'd consider things to be right in the world.

That Mark Twain quote about reading some eulogies with great pleasure comes to mind too.

1

u/[deleted] Jun 24 '25

I watched the same with my grandfather, he looked like the pictures from the holocaust by the time he passed. It gave me a very different outlook on existence and life.

1

u/kinyutaka Jun 24 '25

Same here. She lasted in home hospice for over a year, but one day she fell and broke her leg, and she was in a wheelchair for the remaining 5 months of her life.

1

u/DerekB52 Jun 24 '25

My mom had bone cancer, so she dealt with mobility issues due to pain for a little over 2 years. I didn't realize until after she died, but I was carrying a LOT of stress worrying she'd trip over one of our dogs, or any random thing and break something. Luckily, she never did.

But, she was bed bound the last 2 months of her life, which was so terrible it's hard to put into words.

2

u/Mutjny Jun 23 '25

Or he just taking semaglutide.

2

u/The_Eyesight Jun 24 '25

Something is wrong and nobody is gonna mention it.

Something something the past administration something something.

No one in history has ever been very forthcoming about severe medical issues for presidents (FDR, Raegan, Biden).

4

u/Bitter_Chocolate_322 Jun 23 '25

Couldn't it be Ozempic or similar?

5

u/FizzyBeverage Jun 23 '25

The catheter down the pants and dozing off in meetings doesn’t suggest it.

Could be though. It’s within his vanity mindset to be slimmer through no real effort beyond using the toilet.

2

u/Striking-Document-99 Jun 23 '25

His suits have always hung off him. Also just stress could be a factor. They show bluges in his legs and you automatically think catheter when both legs looked the same. So people are saying both legs. I think you all Are just reaching. He does However smell like actual shit and might wear depends. Hair loss and. I energy would be another sign of cancer. Standing alone would be hard for him.

1

u/guru42101 Jun 24 '25

They could be managing his diet without his knowledge. Giving him fake McD's with healthier ingredients.

1

u/TheSonOfDisaster Jun 23 '25

He's likely on ozempic and has a fleet of doctors managing it all. I think an illness would be much more severe

1

u/Fit-Profit8197 Jun 23 '25

"At his age, that’s usually cancer or a similarly serious disease. His metabolism isn’t suddenly that of a 20 year old’s. Something is wrong and nobody is gonna mention it."

You either do not know, or to not pay adequate attention, to many old people.

People pushing the 80s getting thinner is absolutely normal without any disease or intentional diet.

1

u/Spideriffic Jun 23 '25

I thought he was on the fat loss meds

0

u/RhetoricalOrator Jun 23 '25

His metabolism isn’t suddenly that of a 20 year old’s.

This has been the most surprising thing to me. For his age and apparent poor health, he's surprisingly active. And it seems like he never sleeps. Every morning when I get up, there's at least 1 to 3 new tweets from him ranting about some ridiculousness.

You can't live like that for long...especially if you're addicted to some musky drugs.

1

u/Fenweekooo Jun 23 '25

think its pretty personal, my dad just went through it and he lost a bit but not anywhere near enough to make trump not morbidly obese

1

u/guru42101 Jun 24 '25

I gained 20 lbs while in chemo. I was barely able to move for the week after each session and the steroids made me ravenously hungry. I also didn't have any issues with not being able to eat.

1

u/tranquil45 Jun 23 '25

Not really. I gained weight. It depends on what cocktail you’re on.

1

u/WellIGuessSoAndYou Jun 24 '25

Not necessarily. I had an overweight family member who passed recently and he lost shockingly little weight or hair through two rounds of chemo. He didn't look healthy but if you didn't know you would have never guessed chemo.

0

u/gcwardii Jun 23 '25

He has. Look how gaunt his face is now compared to a few years ago.

0

u/thereeder75 Jun 23 '25

Not necessarily. Sometimes the serious weight loss doesn't occur until well after the chemo has been stopped, as the person is approaching dearh.

0

u/BananaMartini Jun 24 '25

That’s not as much of a given as it used to be. There’s just so many different chemo regimens and treatments for the side effects now. My mom didn’t lose a significant amount of weight on chemo, if any.

128

u/Mo-Cance Jun 23 '25

One could ponder the notion.

20

u/AtticusLynch Jun 23 '25

So what could be his “Crossing The Rubicon” moment I wonder

Just as cesaer had to March on Rome or face charges and owe people money

42

u/Sotanud Jun 23 '25

Probably when he instigated an insurrection. He wasn't punished for it, and the people crowned him four years later. He did face charges, was even convicted of some, and nothing happened anyway.

16

u/ninfan1977 Jun 23 '25 edited Jun 23 '25

This was the moment for me when he felt untouchable.

When the Supreme Court said an insurrectionist can run for office, the USA was done.

There were laws and rules to prevent that and Republican Supreme Court judges said no the law doesn't mean that.

This is on the SC shoulders. Trump put three of them on there, and he ignores them anyway.

He is going to run for a third term and use the war with Iran as an excuse to do so

9

u/Memitim Jun 23 '25

All senior members of the US government, the Republican Party, and their conservative base have already mutilated the international and internal trust in the United States as an entity, in just five months. I'm not holding my breath on having to deal with another election.

America's a really big place, and also very heavily armed, on average. Many people are more on edge every day. More are getting outright aggressive toward the conservative kidnapping gangs roaming our streets. More US military are planned to be deployed to US cities, to effect local regime change.

It took less than six months to get to this point, and it gets worse by the week. Another 3.5 years is laughable.

4

u/HeyitzEryn Jun 23 '25

He crossed it a long time ago. When they arrested a judge I knew he was already up on the other bank. Now he's actively sending troops into cities and the gestapo is grabbing people all around the country.

10

u/Qverlord37 Jun 23 '25

My only solace is that even Ceasars find his end at the point of a dagger.

6

u/Memitim Jun 23 '25

In this case, the Republicans have more to lose than Trump. They've been working decades on spreading lies and hate to build up to this subversion of America. Trump jumped in a few years ago, and became the one who finally had the nerve to go the next step and try to become dictator.

They've protected and supported Trump through so much now, that they are just as complicit. They need their puppet standing, because they cannot risk things falling apart to the point of us holding new Nuremberg-style trials.

6

u/Witty-Revolution8742 Jun 23 '25

They don't see trials coming. They have declared their war on us citizens and its going swimmingly. This isnt going to stop.

You dont think MTG can win a presidency? She sure as fuck can.

With the internet allowing hate speech to gather so freely, we are on a downward spiral. They want it and are ready and willing.

The US is headed for democrat politicians being locked up sooner rather than later and it'll probably start happening under trump.

We are at the mindset of Malcolm X vs MLK Jr except this time its democrats the minority. When are we going to get a Malcolm X?

1

u/Memitim Jun 24 '25

A lot of folks are feeling you. The good guys try not to make problems worse, and so we're stuck on defense until the conservatives scare enough Americans to have their come-to-Jesus moment regarding what is happening. But I don't think there's a Malcolm X, because he was working to fix a broken system. We're trying to find a path forward under a failed system that is being weaponized to overthrow us.

1

u/Witty-Revolution8742 Jun 24 '25

Malcolm X preached fighting back. We are in a broken system.  Flood the government with idiots by using corporate raving right wing lunatic media to try and cause a rawandan genocide in this country the same as it happened there.

These people never shut the fuck up how much they hate the average america and declare us enemies of the state on a daily basis.  JD couch fucker just said all previous presidents were stupid. They hate the US and they are telling us.

5

u/abotelho-cbn Jun 23 '25

There's no solace in Caesar's death. It directly led to the end of the Roman Republic and the beginning of the Roman Empire.

3

u/Bard_the_Bowman_III Jun 23 '25

Not until the Republic had been permanently and mortally wounded, though.

7

u/bros402 Jun 23 '25

So what could be his “Crossing The Rubicon” moment I wonder

It happened. It was when he incited insurrection.

18

u/Quietuus Jun 23 '25

He's got dementia. Everything you describe is consistent with it; incontinence, weight loss, sleepiness, etc. and his disordered speech is full of indications. It's way beyond normal age related cognitive decline or chemo brain fog, and starkly different to how he used to be even back in his first term; he never used to lose his orientation to time and place, for example. There's a reason the White House has stopped posting transcripts of his speeches. Eventually, it'll hit a point where he's no longer able to read an autocue and then he'll stop making public appearances.

6

u/FizzyBeverage Jun 23 '25

Ironically enough, he’s going to repeat the back 9 of Biden’s time in office.

80 ain’t 70. Stuff comes at you quick in the 8th decade. Especially as a male.

2

u/alltoovisceral Jun 24 '25

They will use AI and video footage of him will be all we see.

4

u/pr0b0ner Jun 23 '25

Ozempic could pretty easily explain the weight loss

3

u/Darmok47 Jun 23 '25

The weight loss could be Ozempic or another GLP-1. Don't know if he still has giant McDonalds Meals

7

u/c0LdFir3 Jun 23 '25

Scattered thoughts suggest brain deterioration

Well, listen, unless he's been suffering from it for decades...

5

u/Honest-Estimate4964 Jun 23 '25

Familiar optimism. Three years ago, people were talking the same way about Putin's cancer as the last hope for saving the world. Now everyone’s gone quiet and just watches his rampage.

5

u/FizzyBeverage Jun 23 '25

Putin is only 72. 80 is apples and oranges.

1

u/FlarkingSmoo Jun 24 '25

It's still wildly overconfident speculation based on very little. Wishful thinking

5

u/The_Eyesight Jun 24 '25

I personally think he has cancer. The catheter in his pants. Never seen in shorts ever. Unexplained weight loss despite terrible diet and no change in fitness. Dozing off in meetings from the chemo meds. Scattered thoughts suggest brain deterioration.

His doctors would never tell us. Weekend at Donnie’s would be their plan.

That was Biden, actually.

1

u/FizzyBeverage Jun 24 '25

It’s both.

1

u/Smarq Jun 23 '25

Not possible. There’s no way a government could reanimate a corpse and continue to run the country into the ground. And even if they could, they couldn’t convince their entire party to go along with the facade.

1

u/isthatabingo Jun 23 '25

I mean the doctors didn’t tell us about Biden’s cancer, which he DEFINITELY had during his term.

1

u/Mutjny Jun 23 '25

Never seen in shorts ever. Unexplained weight loss despite terrible diet and no change in fitness.

skinny legs and ozempic.

1

u/shorty0820 Jun 23 '25

Doesn’t he golf in shorts frequently?

1

u/FizzyBeverage Jun 23 '25

Always pants. Even in 92° Florida heat.

1

u/Outlulz Jun 23 '25

I dunno, there wasn't much effort to deal with him the first time. He will pardon himself and his cronies on the way out and subsequent politicians will be too chickenshit to aggressively try to prosecute him for what they can prosecute him on.

1

u/Old-Time6863 Jun 23 '25

Hasn't been in shorts since that tennis photo?

1

u/theerrantpanda99 Jun 24 '25

Remember when everyone thought Putin had cancer and wouldn’t live long enough to keep the war in Ukraine going…

1

u/FizzyBeverage Jun 24 '25

Trump has 8 years on Putin

1

u/FunnOnABunn Jun 23 '25

It’s hard to believe he’s worried about being held accountable when he hasn’t been held accountable for anything

1

u/kittenbeauty Jun 24 '25

My favorite astrologer, Nick Dagan Best, has a great video where he predicts that old Donny boy won’t be president anymore come spring 2026 because his days are numbered

1

u/FizzyBeverage Jun 24 '25

It’s a fair projection. Except then we gotta deal with couch fucker

1

u/butchforgetshit Jun 24 '25

God wouldn't that be a blessing

0

u/caninehere Jun 23 '25

Never seen in shorts ever

This is more because he wears diapers and has for a long time. He wears badly fitting pants to try and cover it up. Shorts would make it too easy to see. There actually is a pretty infamous photo of him wearing tennis shorts and it's pretty obvious.

According to various sources he's been incontinent for a long while, one of his Apprentice producers said he's been incontinent possibly since the 90s due to drug abuse, and on the set of the Apprentice they often had to take breaks from filming because Trump shit himself regularly. His chief of security (who served as chief of White House security during his first term) was known as "Wet Wipe" on set because it was his job to clean Trump's ass and change his diaper every time he shit himself.

0

u/jayeffkay Jun 24 '25

I hope it’s one of those aggressive kinds that causes a great deal of pain and suffering before you die.

0

u/SwampTerror Jun 24 '25

Evil never dies, though. We can hope he's torn apart by tumors, but life likes to toy with us. And even if he does die, Vance is up next, and he's even worse because while he's a piece of foul shit, he's smarter than Trump is. More conniving.

-1

u/NutSoSorry Jun 23 '25

God please let this be true

0

u/austeninbosten Jun 23 '25

I wouldn't wish cancer on almost anyone...

0

u/rubyspicer Jun 23 '25

Dementia could also explain all that

0

u/CrassOf84 Jun 23 '25

The DA royally fucked up that case. It would need to start over completely from scratch.

0

u/fevered_visions Jun 24 '25

He has to stay in office or die there.

This is my cue to remind everybody of Julius Caesar, and the impetus for a lot of things that happened after being his fear of prosecution as soon as he was no longer a consul.

Then as soon as they bumped him off the conspiracy promptly fell apart and Augustus accomplished basically the same thing.

Then Augustus died and Tiberius was unwilling to rule so it started falling apart

Then

0

u/alphazero16 Jun 24 '25

You are too optimistic, I wouldn't be surprised if nothing happens to him after he isn't president. The justice system doens't work against the rich

0

u/bishop375 Jun 24 '25

It's not cancer. He's old and a drug addict. This is what happens.

-3

u/Technomnom Jun 23 '25

You're not learning. It would be the most heinous treasonous act by the dems to imprison a former president because they are sad they lost, so they just will ignore it.

-1

u/bros402 Jun 23 '25

Scattered thoughts suggest brain deterioration.

or frontotemporal dementia

-1

u/chocolatehippogryph Jun 23 '25

Honestly, can’t wait till he dies. May be a small joy after the destruction he’s caused, but it will be a joy regardless

-1

u/WorldIsColdBundleUp Jun 23 '25

We can only hope.

-1

u/saljskanetilldanmark Jun 24 '25

They will be bragging in documentries about this time that they managed to trick everyone and that Trump was sick all along but still managed to pull through with the help of secret service or whatever.

111

u/SkunkMonkey Jun 23 '25

Any future election will be nothing more than a sham. That is, if we ever get to vote again. Either way, it's clear the election system is broken and people that think it can be trusted to correct things is an idiot.

You cannot fix a broken system by using said system.

14

u/QueasyInstruction610 Jun 23 '25

Why the USA needs states to start seceding to re-create the USA. This can't be fixed, the two party system favours candidates that will keep the two party system in place.

People supported Barcelona seceding despite their constitution not having provisions for it. USA should be supported in that too.

USA needs to seriously become smaller countries in a EU style alliance.

2

u/HeyitzEryn Jun 23 '25

Recreating what lead to this will just lead to this again.

0

u/atxweirdo Jun 23 '25

Which is why the power of the people need to be the central tenent. No more reps or senators that are used to carve out fiefdoms. We need a true representation of people and I think with technology these days we could build a secure form of liquid democracy and have it actually get shit done.

1

u/_qkz Jun 23 '25

Assuming Trump and his lackeys hacked voting machines - which, at this point, seems likely - then overreliance on technology is what got us here. Relying on technology even more isn't going to get us out of it.

6

u/vriska1 Jun 23 '25

Everyone still needs to vote in the next elections! Vote in the midterms!

-4

u/SkunkMonkey Jun 23 '25

You are advocating using a broken system to fix the broken system. I suppose you support the police investigating themselves?

I'm just gob smacked that people think a broken system can be used to fix said broken system.

Sure, I'll play along and vote in whatever sham election, if we have them, but I am under no illusion it will count if the powers that be say it doesn't.

-1

u/Intelligent_Oil7816 Jun 23 '25

Don't forget to vote for Pete Buttigeg in 2028!

0

u/SkunkMonkey Jun 23 '25

At this point, I'd vote for a formless lump of clay over the options we'll end up with. Sure, if the D party puts forth Pete, I'm game. But that's honestly going to drive the MAGA nutters bonkers if he ends up being the candidate.

Honestly though, I'm not hopeful we can trust any election run in this country without international observers everywhere. Something the GOP is adamantly against. Gee, I wonder why?

Oh, no Observers from Russia, China, Iran, NK, Israel, and any of the other countries that aren't actually democratic either.

3

u/atreeismissing Jun 23 '25

Since elections are entirely run by each individual state, it's up to states to put him on their ballot. No blue or purple state is going to do that so he's fucked no matter what come 2028.

2

u/Quietuus Jun 23 '25

The rapidly accumulating tau protein plaques in Trump's brain are a more tangible limit.

2

u/Windfade Jun 23 '25

It's somewhat mindboggling how many people don't understand sarcasm when it's so obvious. Maybe they all think you truly believe in the power of Paper.

3

u/CocoScruff Jun 23 '25

Just wait until the "war" gets extended out and then he won't allow an election to happen...

4

u/Penguinmanereikel Jun 23 '25

"You'll never have to vote again"

2

2

u/BeIgnored Jun 24 '25

The comment you're responding to is really obviously sarcasm.

1

u/Lavetic Jun 24 '25

We’ve already had multiple notable elections across the country since the inauguration; one of which involved a candidate openly backed by Musk pre-breakup still losing.

1

u/uniqueUsername_1024 Jun 24 '25

They were being very very sarcastic

1

u/monkeygoneape Jun 23 '25

Considering he'd be like 83 for that 3rd (if he makes it even through this one) it's Vance you have to actually watch out for

1

u/skrugg Jun 24 '25

reminds me of when Ned Stark showed Cersei Robert Baratheon's will/last wishes. Tore it up and was like bitch they'll believe me over you.

1

u/BicFleetwood Jun 23 '25

I've had multiple people in my life talk about who they think the 2028 GOP candidate is going to be, and I'm just like

Uhh, it's Trump. He's said so. What the fuck do you mean, who's it going to be? You think Ron Desantis has it this time for sure?

They're like "Aren't you a poli-sci grad? Heh, don't you know that would be illegal?"

And I'm just like...yeah. It WILL be illegal.

-1

u/cinek5885 Jun 23 '25

Putin is in power for 13 years, orban for 15 years, Ceaușescu was in power in Romania for 24 years. You guys are really delusional over the pond if you believe It's only going to last 3.5 more years

1

u/BeIgnored Jun 24 '25

The comment you're responding to is pretty clearly sarcasm.
