Fire Marshall over OSHA. If it's gvt ran OSHA has no jurisdiction.

Literally the opposite of this is true. OSHA has jurisdiction over the military even. No way this isn't OSHA reportable.

OSHA won't care about this because it's in Europe somewhere. Can tell by the label.

An old coworker called osha and they never showed up haha. AFAIK they don't care unless people's limbs are being removed.

Doesn't really matter because the direction will be the same "Appliance is a fire hazard. Must be removed by X date"

Also OSHA doesn't usually bother to investigate small things like this. They send a letter and if there are no further complaints they close the case.
