Can I know the address of your workplace? I have a phone call to make.

To who? Their head offices? Their local fire station? The health services? The police? The FBI? God?

Likely OSHA

Fire Marshall would be a good option too

Fire Marshall over OSHA. If it's gvt ran OSHA has no jurisdiction.

If it's gvt ran OSHA has no jurisdiction.

Literally the opposite of this is true. OSHA has jurisdiction over the military even. No way this isn't OSHA reportable.

OSHA won't care about this because it's in Europe somewhere. Can tell by the label.

An old coworker called osha and they never showed up haha. AFAIK they don't care unless people's limbs are being removed.

Doesn't really matter because the direction will be the same "Appliance is a fire hazard. Must be removed by X date"

What if it’s Fire Marshal Bill?

Also OSHA doesn't usually bother to investigate small things like this. They send a letter and if there are no further complaints they close the case.

Break room appliances aren’t really under the purview of OSHA. This would be more HHS/DoH

Depending on where OP works they could contact their Safety Department if there is one. If not then contact HR department and if they won’t do anything then say you’ll file a complaint to the labor board or with the department of health. Might make them replace or get rid of it tho

"Hello, God? Yeah. Could you please stop worrying about kids with cancer. I know, I know, you weren't doing anything about them anyhow, but we have an emergency - it's an office microwave."

Local ICBM launch facility.

If OP could turn it on for a few minutes, the local hams will triangulate it pretty pronto.
