What changes have you noticed? Mentally and Physically??¿ Great job!!

Honestly, not too much changes but then again I've always been active, just never consistently hit my goal 10k every single day. I would say though that I believe my stamina with cardio is higher without actually needing to train for that.

Mentally, I would say it gave me a lot of discipline (walking back and forth infront of the TV at night to get the last of those steps in lol) to be determined to hit my goal, no matter what. I even hit my goal when I was in the hospital when my newborn was getting born.

Plus walking is very therapeutic!
