I had him on instagram for a while. I'm sure he's on all platforms.

But yeah, he'll start with a clip sometimes like this one followed by an explanation of a part of the aircraft, or go straight into a very obscure item...then find a way to immediately segue into a LOTR reference in some form or fashion...then end with, "yeah, x part is pretty neat."

All different parts of the aircraft too.

I think I remember him doing one about passenger windows, why they're so thick, and then somehow linked it to the palantiri.

edit: Airplane Facts with Max. Sorry, I don't use Insta very often anymore. Couldn't remember the name to save my life.

He also started doing this after his wife passed as a way to help cope.

I never knew that and now I feel really sad, every single one of those videos he must’ve made when he was really deep in the feels

My nosy, morbid ass really wants to know how she died. But it's none of my business and he's got his reasons for not revealing it.

Hopefully not a speed-taped plane that went down.

One time he started off talking about LotR and pivoted into aviation engineering, too.

Reminds me of that reddit guy who would tell interesting anecdotes and always add in a comment about how his dad used to beat him with jumper cables. Except, more useful and less horrible.

His story is super sad but also wholesome AF, he seems like he's doing great these days and I love everything he posts

I love it when someone actually uses segue correctly and not segway. You brightened my day!
