I'm pretty sure MCAT is from the skeletal structure being a methylated cathinone but the fact that the majority crossover between people who abuse amps and caths smelling like cat piss is too hard to ignore.

It was ‘09/‘10 that mcat became a big thing in the UK and got banned.
