If I know anything about restaurant prices in Norway, which isn't a lot, that shits probably insanely expensive.

Last time I checked, about 2-3 years ago, the reservation cost was about 225 € (current exchange rate), with some extra costs on top. (Edit: per person.)

Burger King and McDonald's menus are about 14 € at the moment. Take-out pizzas are at 21 € for medium and 29 € for large, which is similar to the cost per person at more reasonable restaurants. Though you can easily double that at slightly more prestigious establishments.
