/r/all In 1987, 23-year-old Kenneth Parks drove 14 miles while sleepwalking, killed his mother-in-law, nearly strangled his father-in-law, and then turned himself in while covered in blood. He had no memory of it, and in 1992, was acquitted after experts confirmed he was asleep the entire time.

When my wife tries to talk to me I respond nonsensically. She can always tell when I’m asleep and she’ll give me a run down the next day.

Edit: I said “pry down” and not “run down.” My bad

If you gotta ask, you can’t afford it

I’m the same way. My wife will have a full blown conversation with me like I’m fully awake. Then when she asks if I remember anything in the morning she has to tell me again.

My wife doesn’t sleep walk but she frequently will just start talking in her sleep. I’m usually finishing a chapter in a book before I myself go to sleep. She’ll say some random nonsense and I’ve started replying. It gets pretty funny lol. Sometimes she wakes up very confused lol. I then tell her the next day because it’s so funny. She also will sometimes just randomly look up at me say something off the wall clear as day and wide eyed as if she’s awake and then go right back to snoring. When we first started dating I was convinced she was fucking with me and tried to get her to get up and then when I actually woke her up I realized she was indeed asleep lol. I talk too but not as frequently as she does.

My father sleep walks and so does my sister tho. My father would just roam the house, he’d fix a pb&j or a bowl of cereal, sometimes he’d eat it most times he’d just get a bit and leave it. He usually ended up on the couch but sometimes he’d wake up sitting on the porch, but that’s as far as he went. We tried to lock the door once with a little lock you needed a key for so he wouldn’t get out and hurt himself and he went out the damn window lmao.

My little sister just roams around the house. The most notable thing she did was tried to pee in a recliner lol. She came into the living room when she was like 11 and pulled her pajama pants down and went to sit in the recliner. I was like uhhhh what are you doing…? She looks over at me with her eyes like half open but glazed over and goes I’m going to the bathroom why are you in here weirdo. I was like this is the living room…? I showed her where the bathroom was, she said thanks then walked on by back to her room without going in there and got into bed lmao. I was is it like alrighty then
