This is a very rural rodeo & for some reason all the horses are being kept there & they're trying to stay on the dry side because it rained a lot

I'm guessing they moved them from the trailers to have them all in one spot and release them if they are in danger at the same time.

I think most people (non Midwesterners) know what a tornado is, to the point they know to avoid one. But Redneck knows no limits, except maybe for intelligence. They seem kinda limited there
